- eight 30 pin SIMM sockets accept up to 8 MB FastRAM
- supports 256 kB and 1 MB SIMMs
- SIMMs need to be installed in pairs, from right (bank 0) to left (bank 3)
- possible configurations are 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8 MB
- SIMM sizes cannot be mixed
- power can be supplied via bus connector (internal supply of Amiga) or by connecting an external power supply to J3 connector on the card
