  • USB connector cable attaches to a pin header on the board
  • based on a 16 bit Microchip microcontroller
  • internal USB stack for HID devices, therefore does not require software
  • 'Bootlader' mode for firmware update, actived by pressing a button on the top of the device
  • built-in EEPROM memory to store user settings
  • configuration mode for PC keyboard (activated by R-Shift + Pause key combination) or Mac keyboard (R-Shift + F19)
    • F1 - set Reset type - software (A2000, A3000, A4000, CD32, CDTV) or hardware (A600, A1200)
    • F2 - map Amiga Right to Alt Right
    • F10 - view keycode (on / off)
    • F12 - display configuration
  • status LED indicates the device state
  • does not interfere with the A600 keyboard
